“KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) – A 51-year-old woman in a wheelchair was arrested in Kokomo on Wednesday after police say she exposed herself in public. ”Kokomo Police were called to Park Avenue and Washington Street shortly after 2 p.m. on reports of a naked woman in a wheelchair.”
“When police arrived, they found and questioned Louanna Ray on why she was exposing herself.” “Ray responded that she was “showing off her sexy,” according to police reports.”
Now I wouldn’t normally complain about this type of behavior from the ladies but in this case, Louanna Ray shouldn’t show her “sexy”… at all (at least in public)
